The cost to be included in the SyracuseBusiness.com directory is listed under Compare Memberships. All listings must comply with the site's Terms of Service. Payments for inclusion into the SyracuseBusiness.com directory are processed once the directory listing has been accepted. Directory listings can be paid by credit cardit card through an authorized retailer (2Checkout.com or PayPal), PayPal, or by check. Once payment has been received and listing content has been approved, paid listing will be go live on the website and be active for one year unless another term is in effect.. Unless another term is in effect, paid directory listings will be renewed annually through an authorized retailer such as PayPal or 2checkout.com or payable by check. It is the responsibility of the applicant or listing owner to keep their payment account current and/or remit payment prior to renewal date of listing.

Refund, Cancellations, and Returns
A "Cancellation" occurs when the Customer or Supplier voids an order for a withdrawal of funds from a Customer's Card account or bank account before a sale is sent for deposit. SyracuseBusiness.com will not collect a deposit from the Customer and the previously authorized funds will be released at the Card issuing bank's discretion.

After a sale is sent for deposit, any attempt to reimburse the cost of a Product/Service to a Customer constitutes a Refund and shall be dealt with as set forth below. You may contact us regarding your purchase from SyracuseBusiness.com within seven (7) days of delivery for a full refund.

A "Return" occurs when a Customer returns Product/Service previously purchased from SyracuseBusiness.com or an authorized retailer of our products/services, such as 2Checkout.com or PayPal. ("Return").

SyracuseBusiness.com will not reduce the amount of a Refund by the assessment of a "restocking fee" or any other charge (including shipping charges) for any Return that occurs in accordance with SyracuseBusiness.com's Return Policy.

A "Refund" is the actual reimbursement of the cost of a Product/Service to a Customer ("Refund"). SyracuseBusiness.com accomplishes the Refund by reversing the amount previously charged to the Customer's Card or account at the Card issuing bank and the appropriate amount is credited to the appropriate Card or account at the Card issuing bank of Customer." Any authorized refund of money SyracuseBusiness.com has received by check will be provided to the Customer in the form of a check and mailed to them within 30 days.
